Where we ship

We currently ship physical products to addresses within the United States.

Shipping cost

US standard shipping is included in the listed price. We do not add a delivery charge at checkout.

Processing and delivery estimate

Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days after the order is placed. Business days exclude weekends and United States federal holidays.

Carrier delays, severe weather, address problems, and other events outside our control can extend delivery time. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking and address changes

We email tracking information after an order ships. Contact support@belula.art as soon as possible if an address is incorrect. Because production and fulfillment begin quickly, we cannot guarantee an address change after an order is placed.

Damaged or missing orders

For damaged or defective items, follow our Return Policy. For a package marked delivered but not received, contact support@belula.art so we can help investigate with the carrier.
